Help with char

My char "Spats" is stuck behind the door of the dungeon of Catacombs and I can't take off the board to stop flying and so I can teleport to a city. I would like to ask for a reset of my char please, and thank you.

Login on your char and press o (not zero)
Then use the teleport to nearest town.
It takes up to 5 minutes. But your problem should be solved
